Yeah, I'm afraid I did the videos well before I thought there would be a need for transcription. I just winged it on the vid — and my after-the-fact transcriptions have some mistakes. I'll find some time to fix them up someday… The new funk series was done in reverse — written down first, which means I should play something close to what's written (but we'll see…)

True, also the Bb that follows in the left hand is being played a 16th earlier than written. The funny thing is he plays it right when he speeds it up! Nice groove though. Reminds me of George Duke, or maybe some Herbie in there.

There is an error in the notation. In the second measure, the second chord is being played on the 'e' of 3, not on the 'and' as is indicated on the music.

Absolutely wonderful! - I love all your funk piano videos. Just noticed on this that the rhythmic extract on bar two, beats 3-4 is slightly different from what you are playing in slow motion. Nevertheless it really is a lot of fun and thank you!
